For this project, I followed a tutorial on photoshoptutorials.ws on how to make a cool mountain temple. Starting off, I found some royalty free pictures on pixbay and deviantart of temples, mountains, flowers, and trees. First, I placed in the bottom temple and masked out the trees that were above it. Next, I placed the water lilies in the front of the picture and masked them with an oil paint brush to blend it with the water. Next, I added in the stepping stones and larger water lillies, and used a mask to blend them in. After I had the foreground of the picture in place, I used multiple curves and color balance adjustment layers to get the right colors, then moved on to the background. The first thing that I did for the background was placing the different mountain ranges in. Next, I used a hue/saturation layer to darken the back mountains, and make them look further away. The final step was adding in waterfalls and clouds to the image. For the waterfalls, I cropped out a section of a waterfall, then placed it on the cliffs and masked out parts of it to make it fit. For the clouds, I placed the image onto the canvas then decreased then used a brush with 30% opacity to mask the lower parts.
